   Turn the form on

   In Qadiyo, open Settings, then Integrations, then My integrations.

   Under Qadiyo enquiry form, switch it on. Qadiyo creates a private link for your firm.

   Share the link or place it on your website

   Copy the link and add it to your website's Contact button, your email signature or your social profiles.

   To show the form inside a page, copy the embed code from the same place and paste it into an HTML or Embed block. Every website builder has one.

   Send a test enquiry

   Fill in your form as if you were a client and submit it.

   In Qadiyo, open Leads. The enquiry appears within a few seconds with the source Website.

   If it does not arrive, open Settings, then Integrations, then My integrations. Recent enquiries received shows every attempt and any error.
