Connect Squarespace to Qadiyo

Embed the Qadiyo enquiry form on a Squarespace page, or pass your existing form through Make or Zapier.

   Easiest: embed the Qadiyo enquiry form

   Turn on the Qadiyo enquiry form and copy its embed code.

   Edit your contact page, add a Code block, paste the code and save.

   Or keep your Squarespace form and connect it

   Squarespace forms cannot call Qadiyo directly. Use the Make and Zapier guide with Squarespace (New form submission) as the trigger.

   Send a test enquiry

   Fill in your form as if you were a client and submit it.

   In Qadiyo, open Leads. The enquiry appears within a few seconds with the source Website.

   If it does not arrive, open Settings, then Integrations, then My integrations. Recent enquiries received shows every attempt and any error.
