Your account: change your password, or reset a forgotten one

Change your password, reset a forgotten one, and log out on a shared computer.

Before you start

Your password is yours alone, and it covers every firm you belong to on Qadiyo. It must be at least 10 characters. A short phrase you will remember works well.

Steps

To change it while you are signed in

  1. Select your firm name at the top right, then My account. On a phone, select the building icon, then My account.

  2. Under Change password, enter your Current password, then the New password and New password again.

  3. Select Change password.

If you forgot it

  1. On the Sign in page, select Forgot your password?

  2. Enter your work email and select Send reset link.

  3. Open the email and follow the link. It signs you in.

  4. On Choose a new password, enter the new password twice and select Save new password.

To leave Qadiyo on a shared computer, select your firm name, then Log out.

What happens next

After a change, use the new password the next time you sign in. After a reset you land on your firm's Dashboard.

If something looks wrong

  • Use at least 10 characters. Choose a longer password.
  • The new password must be different from the current one.
  • The two new passwords do not match. Type the new password again in both boxes.
  • The current password is incorrect. Use Forgot your password? instead.
  • That password is too easy to guess. Try a longer one.
  • That email link has expired or was already used. Ask for a new reset link from the Sign in page.
  • No reset email arrives: check spam and the address. If it still does not come, email hello@qadiyo.com.
