Working an enquiry
The AI summary, suggestions and score
What the AI fills in on an enquiry, how to check it, the Beta lead score, and draft replies you send yourself.
Before you start
Everything the AI writes is a suggestion for a person to check. It can be wrong. Qadiyo is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. The AI is told not to give it, but it can be wrong, so read what it writes before you use it. Qadiyo does not send anything the AI writes to a client. You send it yourself.
The AI assistant is part of the Professional and Firm plans. The Essentials plan has no AI. On these plans the text of an enquiry, and of any conversation you paste, is sent to Qadiyo's AI provider to produce the results. The privacy notice at qadiyo.com/privacy has the details.
Steps
Open the enquiry. On Overview, find the AI assistant card. If it says Not analysed yet., a person with AI access can select Run AI analysis. New enquiries are analysed automatically while the firm has that switched on.
Read the summary, Suggested next step and Missing information. A badge says AI generated, with a confidence percentage. A red needs human review badge means the AI was unsure. Suggested next step is an office step, such as calling the client or asking for a document. It is not a view on the law or on the case. If it reads like advice, ignore it and tell us at hello@qadiyo.com.
Compare the summary with the messages on the Timeline. Correct anything that is wrong.
Check what the AI may have filled in: practice area, service, priority, temperature, jurisdiction, deadline, opposing party and tags marked AI. Fix a field with Edit details in the Matter card. Remove a tag with its ×. Qadiyo is built not to overwrite fields you have saved yourself. The Timeline lists everything the AI changed, so check it there.
Read the Lead score. It is out of 100 and helps you decide whom to call first. It says nothing about the legal merit of the matter. It is marked Beta: it follows general rules, not yet your firm's own results.
To draft a reply, choose Channel, Language (English or Arabic (العربية)) and Purpose, then select Draft reply. Edit the draft, select Copy and send it yourself. Arabic drafts come with an English translation to check. Qadiyo's Arabic has not been checked by a native legal translator. Have someone at your firm who reads Arabic read the draft before you send it.
What happens next
Each analysis or draft counts toward your plan's monthly AI allowance. Managers can see it under Usage and plan at the top. If the AI flags an enquiry, a task called Review AI classification is created. The Timeline shows what the AI changed.
If something looks wrong
- AI is not included in the Essentials plan or Monthly AI limit of N reached: ask your Owner.
- AI is switched off in Settings: the Owner can switch it on under Settings > AI assistant.
- The summary or score looks off: do not rely on it. Add the missing messages, then select Run analysis again.
