Running the firm
Reports and analytics
Read the Analytics page and the partner report, and choose who gets the report by email.
Before you start
Analytics and Reports show in the menu only for roles that can view reports. By default that is Owner, Admin, Partner, Intake Manager and Marketing. The partner report is part of the Professional and Firm plans.
Steps
Select Analytics. At the top right choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 12 months.
Read the tiles: Leads received, Qualified, Consultations, Converted to clients, Lost, Still open, Conversion rate and Responded within target. Below them are Leads per week, Response time, Pipeline funnel, and the tables By source, By campaign and By practice area.
Select Reports for the partner report. Under So far, choose This week or This month to see the period in progress.
Under Sent reports, select a report to open it. Select Print or save as PDF to keep a copy.
Read a report from the top. The figures are Enquiries, New clients, Typical first reply, Replied within target, Conversion, Consultations booked, Consultation fees collected and Engagement letters signed. Then come Where enquiries came from, Team and Right now.
Owners and Partners can turn off their emailed copy under Notifications, in Emails to me, by unticking Partner report. The Owner picks weekly or monthly in Settings > Chief of Staff.
What happens next
Qadiyo emails the report to Owners and Partners on Monday morning (weekly, for the week before) or on the 1st (monthly, for the month before). On plans with AI, a short summary sits on top under Went well and Needs attention. The summary is written by the AI from the numbers underneath. It can be wrong, so check it against them. Enquiries closed as not a real enquiry (spam, duplicates, job seekers, sales pitches) are left out. New client fees are the agreed fees entered at conversion.
If something looks wrong
- None yet. The first one goes out next Monday, or on the 1st: no report has been sent yet.
- "The partner report is included from the Professional plan": your plan does not include it.
- A figure looks low: check the period you chose, and whether enquiries were closed as not a real enquiry.
- You can open Reports but get no email: only the Owner and Partner roles receive it.
