For the Owner
For the Owner: set up branding, response targets and consultations
Your logo, colour and picture, business hours and response targets, consultation types and how clients pay.
Before you start
Changing settings needs the Owner, Admin or Partner role. Open Settings with the gear at the top right. Have your logo, a square profile picture, your payment link and your bank details to hand.
Steps
Branding
Select Branding. Enter a Display name (blank uses the firm name), a Brand colour, a Logo and a Profile picture. The logo is PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 1 MB. The profile picture is square, at least 400 by 400 pixels, and shows in a circle on the client page. Select Save branding.
Business hours and response targets
Select Firm. Check the Timezone and the Business hours for each day. Select Save settings.
Select Response targets. Enter the minutes to a first reply for Urgent, High, Normal and Low. Tick Count business hours only if the clock should pause outside business hours. Select Save targets.
Consultations
Select Consultations & payments. Under Consultation types select Add a type. Enter the Name, Length (minutes), How (Video call, In person or Phone call), Fee (0 for free), Currency, and Where, or the meeting link (shown to the client after booking). Keep Available to offer ticked. Select Save.
Under Booking and payment enter your Payment link and, if you take transfers, the Bank transfer or other payment instructions (optional). Set Clients can book up to (days ahead), Minimum notice (hours) and Gap between consultations (minutes). Select Save.
What happens next
Your colour and profile picture show on the client page. Your logo shows on the Qadiyo enquiry form, in client emails and on engagement letters. Clients book only inside your business hours and away from a lawyer's other bookings. Qadiyo takes no payments. Clients pay you through your link or by transfer, and staff mark the fee as paid.
If something looks wrong
- The logo is refused: check it is PNG, JPEG or WebP and under 1 MB.
- Staff see No consultation types yet. Add one in step 4.
- A warning asks for your payment link: a fee is above zero and no link is saved.
- Clients see No times are free in the next few days. Check business hours, notice and days ahead.
