Working an enquiry

Send the client their private page

Create and send the private link, what the client sees, Arabic, and the four emails Qadiyo sends to clients.

Before you start

Each enquiry has one private page for the client. They use it to book a consultation, upload documents and sign the engagement letter. Creating the link does not send it. You send it yourself. The link opens without a password, so send it only to the client.

Steps

  1. Open the enquiry. In the right column find the Client page card.

  2. Select Create client page link. If the card already shows a link, skip this step.

  3. Select Copy link to paste it into your own email. Or select WhatsApp to open WhatsApp with a message and the link ready. You press send there. Preview shows what the client will see.

  4. Read the line under the link. It says Not opened yet., or when the client last opened it, and the date the link works until (60 days after it was made).

  5. To stop an old link working, select New link. To close the page, select Switch off.

What the client sees

Their first name, your firm's name, picture and colour, and cards for whatever you have set up: a consultation to book (they pick a time), documents to upload, and the engagement letter to read and sign. If nothing is set up, the page says there is nothing to do yet.

The page opens in Arabic, right to left, when the enquiry's language is Arabic or the client's name is in Arabic script. Anyone can switch with the English / العربية button at the top.

What happens next

Qadiyo emails the client in only four cases: a booking confirmation when the client books a time, a reminder before the consultation, reminders about missing documents if you left them on, and a thank-you after signing. These emails are in English only. They go to the email address on the contact, and the document reminder and the thank-you include the link to the page. Qadiyo sends the client nothing else.

If something looks wrong

  • The client says the link does not work. It may have expired or been switched off. Select New link and send the new one.
  • You sent it to the wrong person. Select New link at once. The old link stops working. Tell your Owner so your firm can decide what else to do.
  • The page is in the wrong language. The client can switch it at the top.
