- How do I get started?
- Book a demo. We show you Qadiyo with enquiries like the ones your firm receives. If it suits you, we set up your firm, your practice areas and your routing, then invite your team.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Upgrades start straight away and the new price applies from your next monthly invoice. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing month, so you keep what you have paid for until then.
- What counts as an AI analysis?
- Each time the AI reads something for you: summarising an enquiry, suggesting a practice area and score, or drafting a reply. Professional includes 1,000 a month, which is plenty for most firms. You can see how many you have used in Qadiyo at any time.
- Who can see our data?
- Only the people your firm invites. Each firm's data is kept separate from every other firm's. Our privacy notice explains where it is stored and who processes it. Read the privacy notice
- Does the AI give legal advice?
- No. The AI summarises and sorts enquiries and drafts replies for your team to check. It never gives legal advice and never sends a message by itself.
- How am I billed?
- Monthly, by invoice, paid by bank transfer. Pay yearly and you get two months free.
