How Qadiyo looks after your data

What we store, who processes it, where it is kept and who to contact. Written in plain language.

The short version

Qadiyo is software that law firms use to receive and follow up new enquiries. Each firm controls the client information it puts into Qadiyo, and we handle it only to run the service for that firm.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

What we store

  • Firm users' accounts. Name, email address, role in the firm and sign-in records for the people a firm invites.
  • Enquiries and client contact details. What a firm collects through its website form, its Qadiyo enquiry link or by adding enquiries by hand: names, email addresses, phone numbers, the message itself, the practice area, notes and tasks.
  • Activity and audit records. Who changed what and when, so a firm can see the history of every enquiry.
  • AI analysis records. On the Professional and Firm plans, each AI result (a summary, a suggested practice area or score, or a draft reply) is recorded with the time it was made and the AI model that made it.
  • Demo requests. If you book a demo on this website, the details you give us are emailed to our team and used only to arrange the demo.

Who controls client data

Each firm decides what client information to collect and what to do with it. For that information the firm is in charge, and Qadiyo acts on the firm's instructions.

Each firm's data is kept separate from every other firm's. Only the people a firm invites can see it, within the roles the firm gives them.

If you contacted a law firm and want to know what it holds about you, please ask that firm directly.

Who processes it and where

We use a small number of service providers to run Qadiyo:

  • Supabase for the database. Stored data is kept in London, United Kingdom.
  • Vercel for hosting the Qadiyo app.
  • Resend for sending service emails such as sign-in links, invitations and reminders.
  • Anthropic for AI analysis on the Professional and Firm plans. The text of an enquiry is sent only to produce that firm's AI results, and under Anthropic's commercial terms it is not used to train their models.

Vercel, Resend and Anthropic may process data in the United States and other countries while it passes through their services. Each works under its own data protection terms.

How the AI is used

The AI summarises enquiries, suggests a practice area and urgency, scores leads and drafts replies. A person on the firm's team reviews every suggestion. The AI never sends a message by itself and never gives legal advice. The Essentials plan does not use AI.

Cookies

We use only the cookies Qadiyo needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering which firm you opened and how you like the menu. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep a firm's data while the firm uses Qadiyo. A firm can export its data, and can ask us to delete it when it stops using the service.
