Law firm client portal for the UAE and the Gulf
Qadiyo's client page is a law firm client portal for firms in the UAE and the Gulf. Each client gets one private link to book a consultation, upload the documents you ask for and, on the Professional and Firm plans, sign the engagement letter, in English or Arabic, with no account or password.
Your team sends the link once. The client does the rest on a page that carries your firm's name and colour, and your team sees every step on the enquiry.
On the client page
A client portal for a law firm should save the client from phone tag and email attachments, and save your team from chasing. Here is what the client page does in Qadiyo.
Each enquiry has one secure link. The client opens it on a phone or computer with no account and no password, and sees only their own page.
The page opens in Arabic, right to left, when the client wrote in Arabic or their name is in Arabic script. Anyone can switch between English and Arabic at the top. Emails Qadiyo sends to clients are in English for now.
The client picks a time from your lawyer's open hours, with notice and a gap around the lawyer's other bookings, so they only see times your team can meet. They get a confirmation email with a calendar file and a reminder the day before.
If the consultation has a fee, the client page shows your payment link or your bank details next to it. Your team marks the fee as paid. Qadiyo never handles the money.
Start from a list built for common matters, such as identity documents for an individual or an employment dispute, or type your own. Add a note, a due date and which items are required. The client uploads each one from their page.
Your team opens each file and accepts it, or sends it back with a note the client sees next to that item. If you leave reminders on, Qadiyo emails the client every 3 days, up to 3 times, until every required item is in.
The client reads the letter, types their full name, can draw a signature, ticks the box and signs. Or they can decline and say why. Qadiyo keeps a record of who signed, when, and the exact text they signed.
Professional and Firm
From the KYC checklist, your team asks the client for the documents still missing. The request lands on the client's page. Qadiyo records the checks your team did; it does not screen anyone.
Professional and Firm
The page shows your firm's name, picture and colour, not Qadiyo's. The client sees a page from you.
Access
Many portals ask the client to create an account. The client page does not. Here is exactly how access works.
On the enquiry, one button makes the link. Your team copies it into their own email, or opens WhatsApp with the link ready and presses send.
The link is long and random. Whoever holds it can open the page, so it should go only to the client. The page says so at the top.
The enquiry shows when the client last opened the page and the date the link stops working.
"New link" stops the old link and makes another. "Switch off" closes the page. Sent to the wrong person? Make a new link at once.
The client page is kept out of search engines, and it does not pass its address on to other websites.
Two views
| Compared | The client sees | Your team sees |
|---|---|---|
| How they get in | A private link, no password | Their Qadiyo sign-in, with the access their role gives |
| Consultation | Times to pick from, the booked time, the fee and your payment details | The booking, who it is with, whether the fee is paid |
| Documents | The list you asked for, a place to upload, and your reason if a file is sent back | Every file, with accept, send back and who did it |
| Engagement letter | The letter to read, sign or decline, and the signed copy | The letter, its status and the signing record |
| Your firm's internal work | Not shown | Notes, tasks, conflict checks, KYC results, the enquiry history |
The client never sees your notes, conflict checks, KYC results or other enquiries.
An honest answer
The client page is built for the start of the relationship: the first enquiry, the consultation, the documents and the signed engagement letter.
It is not a place to follow a case. It does not carry a message thread between lawyer and client, show case progress, or send invoices. For your work on a matter, keep using whatever your firm uses for matters.
If your firm loses clients or time between the first message and the signed letter, that is the gap the client page fills. Qadiyo is also a law firm CRM, so the client page sits inside the rest of your intake.
Built for the Gulf
The client page opens in Arabic for clients who wrote in Arabic. The screens your team uses are in English.
The client pays through your link or into your bank, in your currency. Qadiyo takes no payments and holds no client money.
Only the people your firm invites can see your enquiries and client records, and your firm can export all of its data. The privacy notice explains where data is stored and who processes it.
Qadiyo reads each file to confirm what type it really is, accepts PDF, image and Word files up to 25 MB, and keeps every file in private storage.
